• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return and refund request.

• Return Process: To initiate a return and refund request, please bring the unwanted item to the shop, or contact the shop on 01403 470 295. And we will assist you on how to return the item(s)

• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If the item(s) are deemed eligible, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for a return and refund: personalised items and clearance/sale items.
